The treatment of asylum seekers and refused asylum seekers is not simply an immigration issue but also an human right issue.I think there should be some basic principle to be considered.that is ;

(1).Humanity : Human beings are to be treated as human regardless of their nationality,problem,race,culture and how they may look like.
“.. Menschheit: Menschen sollen als Mensch unabhängig von ihrer Staatsbürgerschaft, Problem, Rasse, Kultur behandelt werden…”
(2) Access to court and legal services : Eveyone should be given the chance to have access to the court.
“… Zugang zum Gericht und gesetzlichen Dienstleistungen: Jedem sollte die Chance gegeben werden, Zugang zum Gericht zu haben…”
(3) Equal treatment :Every one should be treated equally.
“.. Gleiche Behandlung: Jeder sollte ebenso behandelt werden…”
