The treatment of asylum seekers and refused asylum seekers is not simply an immigration issue but also an human right issue.I think there should be some basic principle to be considered, that is :
- Humanity : Human beings are to be treated as human regardless of their nationality,problem,race,culture and how they may look like.
- Access to court and legal services : Eveyone should be given the chance to have access to the court.
- Equal treatment :Every one should be treated equally.
